Freight Charges:

• Within Australia freight by Parcel Post is $9 for a single pillow, goods are sent by Australia Post. Australian orders of 2 or more pillows, go freight-free. Sorry the pillows are too big to send express!
• Outside Australia freight by insured international Airmail Post is $AUD42 (US$35) for each pillow, three or more pillows go for $AUD84 (this is your discount). Goods are sent by Australia Post. If you order on-line our freight calculator will automatically include the correct freight when you finalise your order.

Currency:

All prices and orders are processed in Australian Dollars. As a guide the Australian dollar is worth about .80 of a US dollar. That is, for one US dollar you can buy one and a bit Australian dollars. You can check your current exchange rate against the Aussie dollar by clicking here

Delivery:

Our usual time to fill an order is one day, delivery is then usually within a day or two, up to 3 weeks for international orders. Orders placed after 11am will not be sent the same day. Goods are sent by Australia Post. Your pillow is vacuum-sealed at manufacture to ensure maximum hygiene. It will look like this when it arrives- break the seal to see it expand to its full size.

 

GST:

In Australia we have a Goods & Services Tax. This tax does NOT apply to goods sent outside Australia. All our stock shows two prices, the one in $AUD (Australian dollars) includes GST, the one in $US does not include the tax.

Items not in Stock:

If we cannot supply all of your order, you will be notified by email of those items not in stock. You can then decide whether we ship what we have, or wait until it is all available.

Payment:

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex on our secure website, also Australian Bank Cheques, Australian Money Orders, or direct deposit into our bank account. We cannot accept overseas bank cheques or international money orders. We are affiliated with the third party payment services: PayPal. If you use PayPal you will see that our account is called Craftontheinternet. It is not a good idea to send cash in the mail. Payment should be made payable to J & W Carmichael, if you are sending a money order please put your name on the back, so we know who it belongs to!. For your convenience, you can now ask us to retain your credit card details for use with your next order.

Your Credit Card statement:

When you use your credit card to pay, your statement will show the name of the merchant as CRAFTONTHEINTERNET- TAREE

Returns:

You can return goods in original unopened condition (at your expense) and get most of your money refunded, if you have simply changed your mind. We will not refund the original freight charge, and a $10 handling charge will apply. If you got free freight, we will charge you our cost of freight. Freight charges apply to all returned goods, expect where we may have made an error or supplied defective goods, in which case we will pay the freight. Most pillow sellers do not offer any type of a money back guarantee whatsoever, on personal items such as pillows, due to health regulations. At Good Sleep Pillow.com.au, we are so sure you'll love your pillow, that we offer a complete satisfaction guarantee that allows you the opportunity to return your Sleep Pillow, and receive a substantial partial refund. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Good Sleep Pillow, return the pillow(s) to us within 30 days and receive a full 80% refund on the price (less post & handling).

It is strongly recommended that you give it at least a 2 week "breaking-in" period. This allows you time to test it out, and get used to the new feel of this spring-type pillow. If after 14 days, you are not completely satisfied with the superior quality and sleeping comfort of your Good Sleep Pillow, we will gladly refund your money. We are unable to re-sell them after returns, which is why we can't offer a 100% refund. This guarantee is in addition to our 5 year materials and workmanship warranty.
